Symptom
- Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) 2.x: Device (iPad) users are not able to sync their data with SUP.
There are no errors being logged in the SUP server log files. - Device MOCA log is showing error "System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException: External component has
thrown an exception." - The server starts to synchronize data and then it hangs.
