1853102 - PCM: Received HTTP server error code: 500 (ODA-10013) creating an OLAP Connection

Symptom

When creating an OLAP Connection in the BusinessObjects Central Management Console (CMC) and trying to connect to a Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) server you receive the error message:

"Failed to browse connections using resource [{0}]: a RuntimeException occurred : com.businessobjects.multidimensional.data.core.admin.RuntimeConnectionException: com.businessobjects.multidimensional.data.admin.ConnectionException: Received HTTP server error code: 500. (ODA10013)"
