1853499 - Newly created BI Web Services from Web Intelligence tool disappears once the user refreshes the entire list

• After refreshing BI web service list from Web Intelligence, any newly created web service disappears from the list.
• These lost BI Web services can only be seen using Central management console (CMC) --> Web Service Query option.
• Looking at the web application server logs for where the BusinessObjects DSWSBobje Web Services Provider is deployed, the following stack trace is observed:
