1853593 - Asynchronous attachment handling in SRM

Symptom

You use external content repository for document management. While the external server is not available, saving attachment documents is not possible. When users try to save the document with new attachment, they get a success message:

"Purchase order... with document number ... has been saved"

However, the attachment could not be saved.
