SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
After upgrading to Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) 10 from BPC7.5, there is an issue in the Server Diagnostic. The error in the diagnostic is:
"Cannot get SAP virtual directory object: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. - Incorrect"
Also, when Restoring an environment, clicking “Next” on Step 3 does nothing while it appears everything else in BPC is working without issue.
