1853951 - Error 11068 and stacktrace on recovery of one or more databases - SAP ASE 15.7

• The following error is reported in the ASE errrorlog during database recovery (startup of the ASE server):

Error: 2601, Severity: 14, State: 6 -  Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object 'sysattributes' with unique index 'csysattributes'

• The user databases are left in an unrecovered state with error 11068:

Error: 11068, Severity: 20, State: 1 Transaction was found in the incorrect state of 'Command-attached'. The expected state was 'Done command-attached'

• The stacktrace in the ASE errorog shows modules:

s_estmt_loopend()
internal_sql()
rec__tune_bufpools()
ds__recoverdbs()
