1854103 - Editor: 'Invalid Configuration Location' is encountered and Locking is not possible in the directory (Path to Eclipse directory/org.eclipse.osgi) - Agentry

Symptom

  • When attempting to open the Agentry 6 Editor, a message box labeled 'Invalid Configuration Location'  is encountered
  • The message box states: "Locking is not possible in the directory (Path to Eclipse directory/org.eclipse.osgi).  A common reason is that the file system or Runtime Environment does not support file locking for that location.  Please choose a different location or disable file locking, passing "-Dosgi.locking=none" as a VM argument."
