1854516 - Slow response time displaying variable screen for users with authorisation restrictions in A-OLAP in BI4.0

• In Analysis for OLAP, for a user with authorization restrictions, the variable screen is never reached, there's no response after 5 minutes. Opening the same connection with a user with full access works.
• A user with authorization restrictions is able to create a workspace, but performance to display the variable screen and the list of values is extremely long.
