1854736 - How to customize indexes on worktable - FC

Before Financial Consolidation 10.0 SP06, the ct_datasource_indexes table was only used to customize the indexes of the permanent tables for BOFC datasources (the table_scope column's value was fixed to 7).
Now, the index of the permanent tables have a table_scope of 1 and, for the datasource id -524285 (consolidation), the value 4 is also allowed and means “not permanent table”(working table or temporary table).
This allows having indexes on WORKTABLE different from the single index on ACCOUNT dimension which was hard coded before Financial Consolidation 10.0 SP06.
It is also possible to use the “partition” column or “partition” and “scope” columns to specify indexes by category or by category and scope_code_id (for indexes on permanent tables or WORKTABLE).
The previous behavior is still applied if ct_datasource_indexes is not updated to use the new feature.(Please refer to the reference note 1221880 regarding with the usage of ct_datasource_indexes table of permanent tables.)
