Symptom

Multiple errors are generated during peak times and high loads on the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise server:

  • Audit notification failed. Please contact your system administrator
  • SResourceSource::LoadString There is a significant problem with socket communication
  • CSISocket::connectEx: Cannot gethostbyname for <SERVER_NAME>
  • Object could not be scheduled. Failed to log on with token.
  • Communication error occurred when trying to connect to server <SERVER_NAME>:6400 (FWM 01009)
