1855587 - SCC service start fails with error 1053 or 1067 - SUP 2.x

Symptom

  • When starting SCC (SybaseControlCenter 3.2.7) service it fails with Error 1053 or 1067.
  • SUP server, CacheDB and SampleDB are running correctly.

Error in Agent.log:
Failed to start MessageSender: javax.naming.NamingException:
Caused by: com.sybase.djc.SystemException: Error: Connecting to host: localhost, port: 2100.
