When switching into edit mode in an Incident, normally a small pop-up displays, asking " Enter your business partner as the processor ? "
Most of the time this functions normally, but sometimes the pop-up does not open in a new window / frame and instead opens in the full screen window, replacing the view of the whole incident.
When this is the case, the only solution is to close the window and start the Incident Management application in a new browser (Internet Explorer / Firefox) instance. The buttons "Yes" and "No" have no effect.
When working on the ticket (in Edit mode), in the Processor field where you can use the F4-Help, the Selection Webpage dialog (pop-up) window opens up. Sometimes it opens the way it should open but sometimes it blocks the whole screen and it is not possible to return to the ticket.
All the work done on the ticket is lost, it is not possible to send or save the ticket. The only way is to start over again.
