Symptom

  • How to add an additional admin user to SAP Control Center?
  • When we create a user in SCC, we cannot setup password for that user and we cannot login with a blank password with this user as well.
  • Currently the only way to add the additional SCC admin user is by editing the csi_config.xml file.
