1856713 - Part of LDAP users can not be found in user admin

Symptom

  • Configured UME to use an LDAP Directory as Data Source.
  • Set Organization of the LDAP as flat hierarchy.
  • Set both 'User Path' and 'Group Path' for users.
  • Some users with different values of 'User Path' and 'Group Path' cannot be found. (the users exist and can be used to log on)
    For example: User Path ou=manager,c=us,o=mycompany
                        Group Path ou=sale,c=us,o=mycompany
