1856890 - Error Message "G/L Accounts not Found" When Importing Chart of Accounts

When you import chart of accounts from excel file, you get the error message G/L Accounts not found. 

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Implementation Projects view
3. Select the project and open activity list
4. Open activity Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination
5. Click link Edit chart of accounts
6. Select button Import from Microsoft Excel
7. Choose the file and import
8. Error occurs: G/L Accounts not found

Follow below steps to fix the issue:

1. When you download template, save the excel file in the format XML data instead of XML Excel.
2. Check the entries in Open Item Management as the value help only allows value X or space.
