1856944 - S_ALR_87012277 - balances in foreign currency

Symptom

When you run the report S_ALR_87012277 (RFSSLD00) with the option "Balances in foreign currency", the system displays the same amounts in both foreign currency and local currency. Implementing the note 1493526 - RFSSLD00: Incorrect value in foreign currency, either through a support package or otherwise, did not resolve the issue. Additionally, the "Only balances in local crcy" option is not marked in the GL account master data.
