1857042 - SUP Admins are unable to delete Sybase Control Center logins from SCC

Symptom

Using Sybase Control Center (SCC) SUP Admin's are  unable to delete Sybase Control Center Logins.

Receive "Error Deleting Login" Message.

Screen Prints show more details on the process:

Menu bar --> APPLICATION --> ADMINISTRATION and then expand Security | Logins.

Agent log shows:

2013-05-06 08:08:20,273 [ERROR] [security.SccSecurityService                  ] [32449073@qtp-27847924-126] - Error deleting login
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

 Gateway log Shows:

2013-05-06 08:08:20,279 [ERROR] [scc.jmx                                      ] [32449073@qtp-27847924-126] - javax.management.RuntimeOperationsException: Exception invoking method dropLogin

 Issue has been seen in Sybase Unwired Platform version 2.1.2 , 2.1.3 and SUP 2.2, may not be limited to these releases.
