1857626 - Email to support team gives "No recipient available" error in CRM WEB UI

Symptom

  • The Support Team gets determined but the support team never gets an email.
  • E-mail is maintained for the "Support Team" Business partner but still gives an error.
  • Followng errors can be seen in Action logs, in the "Scheduled Actions" section of an incident:

    • No Recipient Is Available
    • Message no. SPPF_MEDIA034
    • Action could not be successfully executed
