1857808 - SUP Server Cache Refresh fails with error: Unable to obtain last modified date for graph with id = xxxxxx

Symptom

During the cache refresh of the SUP cache database (default.db), the refresh can fail with the following error in the SUP log.

ERROR   MMS     [com.sybase.djc.log.SystemExceptionLog] java.lang.RuntimeException was thrown by transaction com.sybase.djc.transaction.TransactionContext.*AnonymousTransaction*\njava.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to obtain last modified date for graph with id = xxxxxx.
