1858213 - Delays on opening the first Webi document after restart of Webi Processing Server

Symptom

  • First opening of a Webi document is slow after a server restart.
  • Multiple Adaptive Processing Servers are in a stopped state.
  • Doing an End to End Trace shows ten second gaps between the following lines:
    (..\ocaframework\ServerObjectHelper.cpp:64) ServerObjectHelper: pinging addresses 10.160.198.198:51070(Family: IPv4), fe80:0:0:0:21a2:1b24:b93:557e%15:51070(Family: IPv6)
    (..\ocaframework\ServerObjectHelper.cpp:74) ServerObjectHelper: server at addresses 10.160.198.198:51070(Family: IPv4), fe80:0:0:0:21a2:1b24:b93:557e%15:51070(Family: IPv6) did NOT respond. Will throw CORBA_COMM_FAILURE.
