1858826 - The Change Immediately Button Is Greyed Out For Some Activities

You want to change a Fine Tune Acitivity immediately, but the Change Immediately button is greyed out.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Open Overview view.
3. Find and mark the relevant activity (e.g. Number Ranges for Materials).

You expect that you can change the activity immediately, but the Change Immediately button is greyed out.

Each application checks the risk factor of an activity in order to activate the function Change Immediately for it.

If a Change Immediately of the data in the productive tenant is too risky, the function Change Immediately will be disabled (greyed out).

 

This is the current system behaviour.

We recommend to create a new Change Project for the respective activity in order to perform the planned changes
in a test system and to check the consistency of the changes there.
