SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1858923 - BRTOOLS recommends compatible be set lower than the version of the Database- DB is on 11.2.0 BRTOOLS recommeds 10.2.0

Symptom

  • When you run a Database check in DBTOOLS it gives and error that the parameter "compatable" "11.2.0" <> "10.2.0".
  • This is suggesting compatible should be set to "10.2.0".
  • However when you check the value of DBCHECKORA we can see COMPATIBLE 10.2.0 has a Y in the ACT (active) column.
