1858969 - Scheduled Webi documents fail with error: "Index: 0, Size: 0" after a migration

Some Web Intelligence documents fail intermittently with the error message:  "Index: 0, Size: 0"

The Adaptive Job Server logs show the following stack trace at the time of the failure.
