Symptom
- Some or all AD users receive 400 bad request error "The webpage cannot be found"
- This issue has bee reported in BI 4.0 SP5 after an upgrade from SP2
- A packet scan on a failing user showed HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request after the Post BOE/Portal/#######/Infoview/logon/logonService.do in the HTTP layer
- A packet scan for both working and failing users showed the kerberos portion of the scan to be successful for both AS and TGS requests
