You receive error message(s) as:

FMKU082 : Release and budget amounts are inconsistent

FMKU083 : The budget amount is not sufficient for release

FMAVC005 : Annual budget exceeded by [...] for document item [...]

• During the fiscal year you want to release some budget in order to consume it.
