Symptom

    Throughout the fiscal year, there is an intention to release some budget  in order to consume it. 

    During the year-end period, the goal is to carry forward the budget (residual budget or budget linked to open commitments).

    Error messages that may be encountered include:

    • FMKU082: Release and budget amounts are inconsistent
    • FMKU083: The budget amount is not sufficient for release
    • FMAVC005: Annual budget exceeded by [...] for document item [...]
