1859570 - Upgrade error in phase INSTANCELIST_INFO: Your system does not support replication!

During a system upgrade or support package stack implementation via SUM, you're prompted for manual actions after the upgrade on the local host, related to the dialog instances linked to the Primary Application Server (PAS, formerly know as the Central Instance).

Message is:

"Your system does not support replication!
 The tool will shut down all dialog instances where possible but you will have to upgrade them manually"

Then the SUM tool lists the instances of your system with the allowed actions, similar to the following:
