1859796 - License error on startup: “Insufficient xxx CPU licenses" - Sybase SySAM

The following messages are reported in error log during the start-up of ASE , IQ , Rep Server and Replication Agent.

IQ server

SySAM:Failed to obtain license(s) for IQ_CORE feature from license file(s) or server(s).
SySAM:Insufficient IQ_CORE CPU licenses. IQ requires 2 IQ_CORE ("DT") CPU licenses for use on this machine but only 1 could be obtained. Check whether additional licenses are available at the Sybase Product Download Center.

Rep server
