1861339 - Dashboard Design: The List of Values option of "Force users to filter values before use" is not supported for universes

When defining a universe query in Dashboard Design, if the option "Force users to filter values before use"
for a List of Values is turned on for the universe, the option won't take effect in the Dashboard Design
workflow. (In other words, the user will still be able to see all values when the List of Values is used.)

SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.0

1. Define a dimension in IDT and check the checkbox of 'Force users to filter values before use" in business layer
2. Open Xcelsius and define a query
3. Add the dimension above to filters and set it as LOV
4. Check the values in LOV, still be able to see all values when the List of Values

To avoid performance issues, limit the number of LOV items, instead of using the option "Force users to filter values before use".

"Force users to filter values before use" not supported with dashboard.
