1861344 - You Cannot Maintain Invoice Schedule for Migrated Sales Orders

Symptom

You are using the migration tool to import sales orders. You find that in the migration template there is no Invoice Schedule information, so that you cannot include the Invoice Schedule information when importing. And there is no Invoice Schedule tab in the migrated sales orders after imported.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
  3. Open the certain Migrated sales order.
  4. Click View All button, you can see that there is no Invoice Scheduling sub tab under the Pricing Tab.

Cause

Sales orders which are migrated into the system will not have the invoice schedule tab.

Resolution

This is the expected system behavior.
