1862027 - InfoObject name in RSA1 is displayed as technical name - BPC NW

Symptom

You copy a environment or copy/create a new model. When you log on to BW with non-English (E.g. ZH) and execute transaction RSA1, you notice the InfoObjects name are displayed as the technical name.
