1863063 - In XI 3.1, if you are refreshing a webi report using a DB2 database and search in a prompt on a delegated field wth ignore case checked, no values will be returned

Symptom

If you are using a DB2 database and try and do a search on a delegated field with ignore case checked, no values will be returned. If you use Match case, it will return the expected values as long as the input matches the case.
