Symptom

When trying to use Query as a Web Services connections or opening dashboard that has Query as a Web Services connections in it, error message "the following addon components are not installed xcelsius.rpc.QaaWSConnector" is displayed

Environment

Dashboard 4.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Try to create a new dashboard connecting to Query as a Web Services or Open a dashboard which is connected to Query as a Web Services connections
  2. Error message is displayed

Cause

The error message is displayed because the Dashboard Edition you are using is not Enterprise. It could be Personal Edition.

Resolution

Update your Keycode to Enterprise Edition.
