1864262 - SySAM error: A license containing the configured attributes could not be obtained - SAP ASE

• When starting ASE, it fails to check out a valid license.
• Key error in the message sequence is:
  Licenses exist for ASE, but a license containing the configured (PE=XX;LT=YY) attributes could not be obtained.
  Note: The values for PE and LT will vary depending on content of the SySAM properties file. ( $SYBASE/ASE-*/sysam/<servername>.properties )
• As a result:
• ASE will boot in 'grace' mode, and the license issue needs to be resolved by then or ASE will stop:
  WARNING: ASE will shutdown on Sat 04 Apr 20XX 04:33:26 PM, unless a suitable ASE_CORE license is obtained before that date.
• If the grace period has already expired, ASE will not start at all:
  There is no valid license for ASE server product. Installation date is not found or installation grace period has expired. Server will not boot.
• Example of a full sequence where this error is raised, showing a commonly seen PE / LT combination.
