1864276 - Using latest 2.1.3 libraries, iOS device registers with incorrect device ID

Symptom

User is running latest libraries from Mobile SDK build 2.1.3.743 and iOS device with multiple Sybase Unwired Platform native applications.  After creating registrations for each application and logging in with the application, the Device ID in Sybase Control Center (SCC) is different for each registration from the same device.
