  • Life cycle Management or Promotion Management (LCM) Jobs remain in Created state and never run
  • Even lcmbiar file can be created (exported) but cannot be imported
  • No error message is thrown
  • The issue started after some patches were applied
  • Applying latest patch or repairing on the latest patch level does not fix the issue
