We needed to reboot the server. All SAP systems and Oracle databases where down before the shutdown. I have stopped all Sybase services by clicking on "Stop Sybase Unwired Platform Services" when the server was up and running I have started all SAP systems, Oracle DBs and Sybase by clicking on "Start Sybase Unwired Platform Services" But when opening the Sybase Control Center webpage nothing happens and the server CPU load gets between 90 and 96%. we have got 16 cores with more than 90% load. The memory stays normal.
We are not able to get to the SCC page.
