Symptom
The SNP heuristic creates another supply element (purchase requisition or planned order) although a fixed element is existing already in a later bucket. This creates surplus. Your expectation is that the existing fixed supply element should be used to cover the demand.
Example: There is a fixed supply in period 'W 08.2013' of 3 PC and a supply shortage from period 'W 05.2013' of 3 PC. The SNP heuristic creates a 'Distribution Receipt (Planned)' in period 'W 07.2013', which creates a surplus from period 'W 08.2013'.
