1866167 - Unable to open or save Crystal Reports to or from SAP BusinessObjects Enteprise

Received the following error when saving reports in Crystal Reports 2011 designer to SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise:

• "Item 1 was not found in the collection" 

Encountered the following error when uploading a Crystal Report through the Central Management Console:

• "Adding Crystal Report <Report_Name>.rpt" failed. Could not create a file with a unique name on the File Repository Server.

Unable to open a report from SAP BusinessObjects file repository through Crystal Reports 2011 designer:

• "The report could not be opened from SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise.
  Possibly the report is on a different SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise
  system than the one you are currently logged onto. If this problem
  persists, please contact your administrator."
