The installation of Sybase Mobile SDK 2.1.3 (that is part of EBF 20087) fails.
After starting setup.exe the installshield screen only appears a very short
time and immediately disappears. No screen appears and no additional
error messages occur.
In the Windows Task Manager the processes setup.exe and java.exe can be seen, but nothing happens anymore.
Using other setup.exe's of different ebf's result in the same problem.
