Symptom

  • Can't change username used for the install when upgrading the product
  • Trying to upgrade the product, the original user used to do the install has left the company, and cannot change the username which has been deactivated on the network.
  • No way to change the username that is referenced in the upgrade, even though cannot enter a password for that username as it doesn't exist anymore.
