When uploading invoice data, the values fields with XSADCIND (debit/credit indicator) value "H" should be inversed, but they are not. As a result the wrong spend values are being loaded into the SPM Invoice cube.

This appears to have been a fixed issue in OPMFND 200, see note 1263410. This has now been reported in SPM 3.0 which uses OPMFND 300_x component.
