1867047 - When using BI 4.0 installed on Linux, if you use the web intelligence function LastExecutionTime(), it returns GMT instead of the local server time

Symptom

When using a BI 4.0 Linux install, if you use the webi function LastExecutionTime() it returns GMT instead of the local server time. It works properly when BI 4.0 is installed on a windows machine.
