Symptom

During an upgrade using the Software Update Manager, an  error occurs in phase MAIN_SHDINST/INSTTEMPLIC_SHD with an error:

"saplikey: failed to load shared library when connecting to the database"
Detailed error message can be found in the log file <DIR_SUM>/abap/tmp/dev_likey
