Symptom

During BDoc processing from type SI_CONTRACT several error messages are raised and the BDOC is in technical error (incomplete) status:

  • IBase &1 already locked by PoD &2 (IBSSI_CRMTO_MESSAGES037).
  • Transaction &1 is being processed by user [RFC-User] (CRM_ORDER013).
  • Validation error occurred: Module CRM_ISU_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type SI_CONTRACT (SMW3018).
