Error "Incompatible Source File (*.csv)" during migration upload

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Overview view
3. Search for respective Migration activity.
4. Open the respective Migration activity.
5. Upload a *.csv file using the type of file as Upload from Text File.

There are couple of causes that might end up in this issue. Find below the causes and steps to overcome the issue.

Case 1:

The downloaded template was originally an actual Migration Template that was later converted to a CSV file.

However, this approach will not work correctly. It is necessary to either upload the Migration Template (*.XML) or the original text file (*.CSV).

Case 2:

If the *.CSV file contains header lines or if the headers do not match the data lines.

Then remove the header lines and upload the *.CSV file without them.
