Symptom
- In the Administration Console when clicking on 'User activity' or in Intercompany when clicking 'Administration -> Users', the system is no longer responding and the following error message is displayed:"operation has failed"
- In the Intercompany Trace.trc log file, the following error can be found:
#DataAccess#BusinessObjects.Intercompany.Web.Core.MasterPageBase.HandleException#25#ERROR#Writer#####
System.Web.Servic es.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request.
---> BusinessObjects.Intercompany.Data.DataException: The data cannot be mapped to companies.
---> System.Data.StrongTypingException: The value for column 'PropertyValue' in table 'UserSetting' is DBNull”
