1867716 - A thick border appearing for the row header in WebI Documents

Symptom

  • When a WebI report is called into Microsoft Power Point Presentation(2007 or 2010) using Live Office (4.0) there is a thick border appearing for the row header.
  • The issue same with both migrated and newly created WebI report.
  • The same workflow is fine in XI 3.1 SP3. But in XI 3.1 FP5.4 and BI 4.0, we could see the issue replicating.
