Symptom

  • Empty key figures (having no values) displayed in Crystal Reports for Enterprise with BW user having limited authorizations in BW.
  • If anything is changed in the variable screen, then the key figures are shown as empty. If it is executed without changing anything, the key figures are filled.
  • The issue also occurs in the openDocument URL with the 'limited authorization BW user'.
