Unable to access the SAP tab when running the SAP Business Objects Dashboards when using Windows 7

Access the SAP Business Objects Dashboard
Select the SAP Tab in the Menu
All entries of the SAP-Tab in the menu bar are greyed-out when starting SAP BO Dashboards. The SAP-tab is only usable when running SAP BO Dashboards as Administrator

DEP (Data Execution Prevention) activated for all applications

Disable the Data Execution Prevention:
  On the Windows 7 Machine right click your computer icon go to properties and advanced system settings and then under the advanced tab go to system properties.
  The advanced tab under performance, click settings then go to the data execution prevention tab and add the Xcelsius.exe *32 or the Xcelsius  program to the exception list.

Or
Check the option of “Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only”

If the above does not resolve issue, do the following

Navigate to this path: <Installation directory>\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86 and copy the given dll's to folder <Installation directory>\SAP BusinessObjects\Xcelsius 4.0:
  1- First copy ccme_base.dll, cryptocme2.dll, cryptocme2.sig, BCM-4-0.dll,Fips.dll and test the issue.
  2- If the issue is still not solved, also copy xcext_sapu.dll and XcelsiusExtension.dll and test again.
  3- If above steps are not helping copy all files from <Installation directory>\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86 and paste in <Installation directory>\SAP BusinessObjects\Xcelsius 4.0.
