1868287 - An extra blank row is included between sections when exporting a Webi report to Excel format in BI4.2

Symptom

  • A Webi report is migrated from XIR3.1 to BI4.2.
  • When the Webi report was exported to Excel in XIR3.1, there was only one blank row between the sections.
  • When the migrated Webi report is exported to Excel in BI4.2, there are two blank rows between the sections.
